100 Women Who Care Vancouver – Registration and Commitment Form

If you want to be part of a powerful group of local women making an immediate, direct and positive effect on the lives of our neighbours and want 100% of your donations to go directly to your chosen charity, join us in making a change!

By filling in this registration form I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Vancouver to make an annual donation of $400 – ($100 at each of four meetings) – given directly to local charities, non-profits and other worthy causes serving Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote.

I also agree that I will provide my cheque to another Member or Founding Chair to deliver in my place if I am NOT ABLE to attend a quarterly meeting. If you are not able to attend, notify Charlene, Founding Chair and let her know how she will be receiving your quarterly commitment cheque for the evening meeting.
